Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Bench Jeweler to join our team in Champaign, IL. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include designing, crafting, and repairing fine jewelry, performing polishing work, and assisting with custom jewelry orders. The Bench Jeweler will also provide superior customer service and collaborate with the team to meet quality and production standards. Opportunities for ongoing training and skill development will be provided.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Jewelry Design and crafting fine or fashion jewelry
- Experience with Polishing, repairing, and maintaining jewelry pieces
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate professionally and provide support in a retail setting
- Willingness to participate in ongoing Training to enhance skills and techniques
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience as a bench jeweler or working with jewelry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
