Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Bench Jeweler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in jewelry assembly and repair, with experience working in a manufacturing environment. This role involves precise craftsmanship, handling various hand and power tools, and working within a fast-paced factory setting. The Bench Jeweler will contribute to the production of high-quality jewelry pieces, ensuring craftsmanship meets company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Perform jewelry assembly, repair, and finishing tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to shape, solder, polish, and assemble jewelry components
  • Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure consistency across products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks to meet production deadlines
  • Conduct quality checks on finished pieces to identify any defects or inconsistencies
  • Assist in inventory management of materials and tools used in jewelry manufacturing

Experience

  • Prior experience working as a jeweler or in a jewelry manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Factory experience or background working within a manufacturing facility is highly desirable
  • Mechanical knowledge related to assembly line operations and machinery operation is beneficial
  • Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and small-scale assembly techniques
  • Warehouse experience or familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
  • Skills in using forklifts or other warehouse equipment are advantageous but not required

Pay: $30.00 – $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
