Responsibilities
- Perform expert-level jewelry repairs, including ring sizing, stone setting, soldering, and polishing
- Create and modify custom pieces based on client specifications
- Inspect and appraise jewelry for quality, authenticity, and value
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace
- Collaborate with sales associates to ensure customer expectations are met
- Provide guidance on care, maintenance, and product details to clients
- Uphold the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a jeweler or bench jeweler
- Proficiency in working with gold, platinum, silver, and various gemstones
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience with custom design and CAD software is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
