Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Stone Setter to join our jewelry store in Millburn, NJ. This role is strictly focused on stone setting. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience and be confident setting diamonds and gemstones with precision and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Set diamonds and gemstones in various settings (prong, pavé, bezel, channel, etc.)
- Ensure stones are secure, properly aligned, and cleanly finished
- Perform stone tightening and resetting as needed
- Maintain high standards of quality and craftsmanship
Requirements
- Proven professional experience as a stone setter (minimum 3+ years preferred)
- Strong technical skill and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining precision
- Experience working with gold and platinum
Compensation
- Competitive pay based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
