The Atelier de New York has developed a dedicated Apprenticeship Program for recent jewelry graduates, designed to train and prepare emerging talent for the creation of our High Jewelry pieces. Throughout the program, you will be guided by the Senior Manager Workshop Technical, and a Master Jeweler at Van Cleef & Arpels, who will support your technical development, introduce you to the Maison’s craftsmanship techniques, and help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the jeweler’s profession. You will also receive exposure to polishing and stone setting.

Upon completion of the Van Cleef & Arpels Apprenticeship, you will be able to:

  • Contribute to the production of High Jewelry pieces in accordance with the specifications and timelines established by your manager.
  • Verify the conformity and quality of each piece, ensuring all finishing details meet the Maison’s standards.
  • Support the continuous improvement efforts of the Atelier by proactively identifying manufacturing challenges, contributing to their resolution, and collaborating with fellow jewelers to enhance methods and craftsmanship.

Expected Salary Range: $28/hr-$31/hr

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience.
