Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced full-time bench jeweler to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful jewelry. You’ll work on a variety of projects including custom builds, general repairs, stone setting, polishing, laser welding, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Perform quality jewelry repairs including ring sizing, chain soldering, stone setting, prong work, and polishing
- Assist with custom jewelry creation and production
- Work with tools such as laser welders, flex shafts, and polishing machines
- Maintain a clean and organized workbench
- Inspect and ensure quality of finished work
- Collaborate with team members on design and customer projects
- Be willing to explain repair techniques and processes to sales associates
- Communicate clearly with team members about recommended repairs and answer questions about uncertain repair needs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional bench jeweler experience preferred
- Strong understanding of metals, gemstones, and repair techniques
- Laser welding experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and clear communication skills
- Comfortable educating others and working collaboratively in a team setting
- Must be comfortable working in a dog-friendly environment
Schedule:
- Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday
- Closed Sundays and Mondays

Pay: $18.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
