Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bench Jeweler with a minimum of 5 years in the industry to join our world-class jewelry manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in metalworking, stone setting, assembly, and finishing of high-value, luxury jewelry pieces. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and a deep understanding of jewelry construction, combined with the ability to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art manufacturing environment equipped with the latest tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair high-value jewelry pieces, including rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and custom designs, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship.
- Perform intricate metalwork, including soldering, laser welding, engraving, and polishing, with a focus on precision and durability.
- Execute a wide range of stone setting techniques, including prong, bezel, channel, pave, micro-pave, and flush settings.
- Conduct final assembly and finishing, ensuring each piece meets the highest aesthetic and structural standards.
- Collaborate with designers, CAD technicians, and quality assurance teams to bring creative visions to life.
- Utilize advanced tools and equipment, including laser welders, polishing machines, rotary tools, and ultrasonic cleaners.
- Conduct regular maintenance on bench tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect and evaluate pieces for quality control, addressing any structural or aesthetic imperfections.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and advancements in jewelry manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional bench jewelry experience in a high-end jewelry manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
- In-depth knowledge of precious metals, alloys, and gemstones.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools, including gravers, files, burs, pliers, and polishing wheels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and work from CAD models and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
