Experienced Jeweler / Metalsmith – Luxury Accessories Brand
We are seeking a skilled jeweler or metalsmith to join our growing luxury accessories brand. This role is hands-on and detail-driven, focusing on the finishing and refinement of cast hardware pieces such as buckles and small components. Our work primarily involves brass, white brass, and sterling silver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finish, refine, and clean castings (buckles, small parts) in brass, white brass, and sterling silver
- Apply patinas and unique finishing methods (training provided)
- Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to fine details in every piece
- Perform occasional soldering and hand-forging tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a jeweler, metalsmith, or similar role
- Access to your own bench and tools
- Strong eye for detail and a commitment to high standards of craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Openness to learning and applying our specialized finishing techniques
Work Structure:
TThis is an on-site position for the first six months, with the possibility of transitioning to remote work afterward. Compensation is structured on a per-piece basis, calculated according to an hourly rate.
This role is ideal for an experienced jeweler who enjoys precision work, values craftsmanship, and wants to contribute to a luxury design brand renowned for artistry and quality. During the initial on-site period, you will receive hands-on training to learn our specific methods and standards, ensuring consistent quality and alignment with our team.
