Role Description The Master Watchmaker will perform advanced watch repair, restoration, and maintenance, ensuring exceptional care and preservation of high-value watches. Responsibilities include handling intricate watch mechanisms, providing quality control inspections, and collaborating with customers to meet their expectations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas TX .

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Watch Repair, including diagnosing and repairing complex mechanisms and servicing luxury timepieces.
  • Experience handling Clocks and watches with high precision.
  • Commitment to Quality Control and ensuring a High Level of Accuracy in all tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge and passion for Watches, including their care, components, and history.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team-oriented environment.
  • Relevant certifications in horology or watchmaking are a strong advantage.
  • Experience with luxury watch brands or vintage timepieces is preferred.

Required Certifications

  • WOSTEP (1800 hrs / 3000 hrs)
  • SAWTA
  • British Horological Institute (MBHI / FBHI)
  • AWCI (CW21 / CMW)
  • Brand-Authorized Certifications (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Richemont brands)
