We specialize in Rolex, pre-owned luxury watches, fine jewelry, rare coins, and custom designs, and we take pride in delivering top-tier craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
Position Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Watchmaker experienced in Rolex servicing and luxury timepiece repairs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in chronograph movements, precision repairs, and refinishing techniques for high-end watches. Responsibilities
- Service and repair Rolex and other luxury brand watches (Omega, Breitling, Cartier, etc.)
- Perform chronograph servicing and complete movement overhauls
- Conduct polishing and refinishing of watch cases and bracelets
- Execute dial and bezel removals/installs with precision and care
- Complete movement and crystal replacements
- Maintain accurate repair records and uphold strict quality control standards
- Ensure all work meets luxury brand expectations for accuracy, appearance, and reliability
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Rolex servicing (factory or independent level)
- Experience working with high-end Swiss brands and chronograph movements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and fine attention to detail
- Ability to perform delicate tasks such as dial/bezel installs and crystal replacements
- Proficiency in polishing and refinishing luxury watch components
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and pride in workmanship
- WOSTEP, SAWTA, or brand-specific training/certification preferred
