Job Title: Watchmaker
• Full-time, on-site Watchmaker responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of timepieces — from quartz to mechanical, including chronographs and perpetual calendars.
• Manage all aspects of repair: case refinishing, water resistance testing, and assembly.
• Support training and mentoring of junior technicians while helping to build out the company’s in-house repair facility.

• Handles high volume of watch repairs per month across 200+ brands, from fashion to luxury.
• Based in Illinois, building out a dedicated in-house team to supplement long-standing freelance repair professionals
• This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday, no evenings or weekends).
• No travel required
