Job Description:
Rolex certification is a must – ideally at Level 40 or Level 50 ā to have the ability to work on complicated timepieces.
As a Watchmaker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of luxury timepieces. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work with a variety of watch brands and styles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complete servicing and repairs on mechanical, automatic, and quartz watches, including movements, case components, and refinishing.
- Diagnose and assess issues with timepieces and provide accurate estimates for repair work.
- Maintain high standards of quality control and precision during all stages of repair and assembly.
- Utilize specialized tools, equipment, and techniques to ensure repairs meet brand and industry standards.
- Conduct water resistance testing, case refinishing, and replacement of watch components, as necessary.
- Keep detailed records of repairs performed and manage workflow efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay updated on advancements in watchmaking techniques and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Rolex certification at Level 40 or Level 50.
- Prior experience in servicing Rolex timepieces.
- Strong proficiency in repairing and servicing various watch movements and components.
- Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies and standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Ability to complete an on-site bench test and personality assessment for final selection process.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
