We are looking for new talent:

Watchmaking Decorator – Polisher

You will be:

– Based in Nyon, Switzerland
– Reporting to the Manufacturing department
– Reporting to the Finishing and Dressing Workshop Manager

Job responsibilities

You will have to sublimate our Hicons

  • Reading of termination plans (dimensional and aesthetic).
  • Manual microblasting of components.
  • Preparation of surfaces with carbon and work with a micromotor.
  • Surface preparation using a lapidary, freehand or with fittings and a swivel table.
  • Polishing, brightening, shining and satin finishing on a polishing lathe or with a back-stand (slide).
  • Work on different materials such as titanium, gold, steel, aluminum, carbon, set components, etc.
  • Use of washing machines.
  • Self-monitoring according to defined criteria.

Profile

You are :

  • Passionate. A sine qua non condition.
  • Trained. Holder of a CFC in watchmaking finishing, a real asset.
  • Experienced. At least 5 years of experience in a watchmaking finishing workshop on diverse tasks.
  • Resilient. You know about high production rates.
  • Versatile. You can juggle tasks while maintaining team spirit.
