Are you passionate about timepieces and possess a keen eye for detail? As a Timepiece Polisher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exquisite appearance of both new and customer-owned timepieces. You will be responsible for performing expert finishing and cleaning techniques, ensuring each timepiece meets our brand’s high-quality standards.

Job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Polish and refurbish watch cases and bracelets to the highest possible condition.
 - Master buffering with various compounds, lapping, and thrumming techniques.
 - Disassemble, polish, clean, and reassemble watch cases and bracelets (training provided)
 - Ensure all repair work adheres to brand quality standards
 - Engrave casebacks (training provided).
 - Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
 - Contribute to the safe operation of the workshop.
 
Profile
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Successful completion of a polishing bench test.
 - Familiarity with watch construction and manual dexterity.
 - Proficiency in applying multiple finishing techniques.
 - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain strong attention to detail.
 - Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
 - Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
 - Ability to operate computer-operated technical equipment (engraving machine).
 
Additional information
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a production or repair polisher, jeweler, or silversmith, with experience in all aspects of metal finishing.
