Schwarzschild in Midlothian Virginia is looking for an experienced bench jeweler who is also skilled in custom work and design. Responsibilities include evaluating and completing all repair work brought in by customers in a timely and professional manner that favorably impacts the clients opinion of Schwarzschild and the level of service we provide.
The work environment is a large upscale retail jewelry store open from 10-6 Monday-Friday and 10-5:30 on Saturdays. Bench Jeweler typically works M-F with the exception of Holidays and events. Shop is located in the back out of view from clients.
Must work within a team environment and interact with clients, sales associates, managers, and office managers. Must order supplies for the shop and keep all equipment in working order.
2-5 years of bench experience required and any GIA or Trade training a bonus. Willing to relocate someone with the desired experience and talent from another region
