The Customer Service department is the largest department within Swatch Group Belgium and handles all repairs and after-sales for the BeNeLux region. The service consists of + – 40 employees, half of whom work in the studio.
The workshop consists of: 2 polishers, 1 quality controller, 2 diagnosticians, 15 watchmakers, a Workshop Support and a Workshop Manager
You will be one of the two regular polishers, reporting directly to the Workshop Manager
Polishing and cleaning of various components of timepieces and their accessories. This is for all private labels.
These components must be disassembled and cleaned according to the guidelines of each brand.
• refurbishing and embellishing cabinets and belts in the best possible way
• enriching and updating your own knowledge of the products and techniques
• participating in training courses
• sharing expertise and knowledge with colleagues
What are we looking for in a candidate:
•Someone who has completed the watchmaker or jeweler training
•experience in polishing materials
•A motivated individual, who has both a team spirit and can work alone
•Dutch (with French notions) or French (with Dutch notions)

Our company is located in a glass building with lots of natural daylight. It is located close to the highway and is easily accessible with enough parking space. There is a company restaurant, a sandwich bar, a small supermarket, and plenty of activities for during breaks.
