Our Watch Dismantlers play a critical role in supporting our Watch Technicians and Polishers. They provide an initial QC check to watches prior to de-casing them for polishing.

This role is a chance for a junior professional to be trained in the horology space and work alongside some of the industry’s best watch technicians and certified watchmakers. The right person will make a large impact on our team and see growth opportunity that can be applied towards a potential Watch Technician position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

•De-casing timepieces
•Running various tests in preparation for de-casing
•Basic data entry of watch specifications
•Regularly communicating with internal teams, especially regarding deadlines and delays
•Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality
•Remaining cognizant of and abiding by all of C&C’s security and safety requirements
•Cleaning watches as needed

What We Need from You:

•Technical experience in the watch and/or jewelry industries a plus
•High school diploma or GED
•Mechanical aptitude with strong desire to learn
•Basic computer knowledge
•Working experience with luxury brands is a plus
•Strong attention to detail, focus, and acuity
•Clear and consistent communication skills
