This family jeweller has long been recognised for giving extraordinary customer service and they have always in house offered a number of vital aftersales support services.
One such facility is a bench specialist / technician able to fit watch power cells to all makes on watches from mass market to high end.
Additionally instore they selectively market many leading watch brands and likewise they wish to in-store adjust straps and bracelets to their customers desired wrist fit.
A priority for the business today is to identify an experienced hands on technician able to continue and possibly going forward broaden the after sales service capability based within their store workshop.
The role would require previous training and experience in a similar bench based role – fitting of replacement quartz movements alongside knowledge of other minor repairs ( clocks & watches ) would be very much welcomed.
As very much a team driven business there would be times when not at the bench you would be encouraged to assist with other store operations this could be selling on the shop floor or indeed light administrational/ office duties.
The role has much potential and it is appreciated that these skills are very specific – consequently our client is happy to accommodate a Part-time or Full time hours – whatever suited their future appointee best.
This individual should be genuinely motivated to deliver best customer service outcomes .
They will be supported superbly by a well- equipped workshop located above their trading store and from many applicant eyes it should be a pleasure to be part of such a recognised Jeweller team whose local reputation of service continues to ripple outwards well beyond the expected local store audience…
