Love jewelry and Swiss timepieces? Love working in a positive team environment? Zadok Jewelers is looking for a full-time watch repair coordinator to join our team.
Main responsibilities include:
Working with top luxury Swiss watch brands on watch repair management, including:
•Submitting estimate requests through online portals
•Coordinating service & shipment with repair centers
•Communicating the cost & detailed steps to the customers
•Tracking promise dates, etc.
•Notify customers when their repairs are ready for pick-up
•Give estimates & updates via SMS text service
•Provide superior service while working with our customers
•Order replacement straps, buckles, bracelets
Customer service is integral part of the organization. We have a high volume of watch repair & service requests, so our Watch Repair Coordinator needs to be organized and expedient, while having a sunny disposition with clients. This position includes training on all responsibilities but we are looking for candidates with a proven track record of luxury customer service.
Candidate requirements:
•Excellent written and verbal communicators
•Proficient in email, SMS & phone conversations with clients
•Works well in team environment, has ability to remain calm and level-headed in stressful situations
•Strong attention to detail & highly organized
•Past experience with learning a software system, point of sale experience preferred
•Previous experience with jewelry or luxury brands is preferred but not required
Hours:
•40 hours per week, 5 days per week
•Additional hours during the holiday season possible
