Christopher Ward broke the mould when we became the first web-only watch brand in 2004.
Today, as the number of customers grows, we’re looking for a watchmaker to join the service and repairs team at our HQ in Maidenhead.
If you’re in the early stages of your career, you’ll be encouraged to grow and develop your bench skills in a busy workshop, assisting with the development and coaching of apprentice technicians and watchmakers. You’ll also be expected to tackle the more complicated watch servicing and restoration challenges.
For the more experienced candidate, you’ll be given additional workshop responsibilities and asked to implement initiatives that heighten customer satisfaction and improve efficiency and productivity.
