The role
This role reports into our Workshop Manager and is required to conduct Partial and Full Services of Quartz and Mechanical movements to a technician level.
Responsibilities
• Quick repairs
• Bracelet intervention or exchange
• Quick battery and pressure test
• Rate/ magnetism check
• Regulation of mechanical movement
• Partial services
• Movement exchange (Quartz, Mechanical and Chronograph)
Skills and experience
• Satisfactory results of a Technician course or in-house training through case preparation
• Ability to perform case services, including resealing and depth testing
• Proven dexterity to complete exchanges to 2 and 3 handed with calendar watches
• Experience of quartz testing
• Ability to read mechanical timing tickets
• Proficient in fault finding
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work to a productivity target in a busy environment
• Customer service focus/ Good communication skills/ Team player
• Quality orientation/ Attention to detail/ Drive for excellence
