The role
This role reports into our Workshop Manager and is required to conduct Partial and Full Services of Quartz and Mechanical movements to a technician level.

Responsibilities

Quick repairs
Bracelet intervention or exchange
Quick battery and pressure test
Rate/ magnetism check
Regulation of mechanical movement
Partial services
Movement exchange (Quartz, Mechanical and Chronograph)

Skills and experience

Satisfactory results of a Technician course or in-house training through case preparation
Ability to perform case services, including resealing and depth testing
Proven dexterity to complete exchanges to 2 and 3 handed with calendar watches
Experience of quartz testing
Ability to read mechanical timing tickets
Proficient in fault finding
Basic computer skills
Ability to work to a productivity target in a busy environment
Customer service focus/ Good communication skills/ Team player
Quality orientation/ Attention to detail/ Drive for excellence
