The role
This role reports into our Workshop Manager and is required to conduct Partial and Full Services of Quartz and Mechanical movements to a technician level.

Responsibilities

•Quick repairs
•Bracelet intervention or exchange
•Quick battery and pressure test
•Rate/ magnetism check
•Regulation of mechanical movement
•Partial services
•Movement exchange (Quartz, Mechanical and Chronograph)

Skills and experience

•Satisfactory results of a Technician course or in-house training through case preparation
•Ability to perform case services, including resealing and depth testing
•Proven dexterity to complete exchanges to 2 and 3 handed with calendar watches
•Experience of quartz testing
•Ability to read mechanical timing tickets
•Proficient in fault finding
•Basic computer skills
•Ability to work to a productivity target in a busy environment
•Customer service focus/ Good communication skills/ Team player
•Quality orientation/ Attention to detail/ Drive for excellence
