B V L G A R I is looking for a Watch Technician to join our After-Sales Service Center in Miami Florida.
The watch technician must perform professional and technical repairs and refurbishing of Bulgari watches within pre-set timetable schedule, as well as act as a technical advisor for reparability of products.
Accountabilities :
•Ability to service a wide range of timepieces, e.g. quartz, mechanical & chronograph
•Knowledge of how to set, adjust and activate all functions of watches including final controls
•Ability to troubleshoot complex watch problems for a wide range of timepieces, e.g. quartz, mechanical, & chronograph
•Implement solutions for repair such as timing adjustments & cleaning movements
•Demonstrated ability to repair/replace movements, gaskets, crystals, cases & crowns
•Knowledge and ability to use repair tools and testing equipment
•Knowledge on technical estimate and ability to make a correct diagnose
Qualifications:
•5+ years experience of technical knowledge and skills in repairing & polishing of high-end watches with sophisticated mechanical and quartz movements
•Focus on details, able to maintain high quality standards
•Has a keen team spirit and sets priorities effectively in an organized fashion
•Clear and effective use of written and oral English language
•Ability to respond quickly to fluctuations in work volume
•Ability to work efficiently with time schedules and deadlines
•Good communication skills
