Expectations
•To provide in house services such as: watch batteries, crystals, watch band sizing, and assisting Watch Maker and Jeweler in overhauls, restorations, and refurbishing on brands from Timex to Rolex.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
•Promptly welcoming customer, identify their needs and fully explain products and services to customer in a professional and thorough manner. Previous experience in retail watch and jewelry sales a plus.
•Must be available during mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
•Professional dress code.
