•Effectively analyzes work load at the beginning of each day and prioritizes tasks according to promise dates

•Actively participates in shop meetings and participates in skill development opportunities
•Demonstrates a depth of technical knowledge as it relates to diamonds or colored gems, timepieces, and various precious metals
•Demonstrates continual effort to gain additional job related knowledge
•Effectively assists guests with jewelry or watch repair needs
•Accurately follows pricing guidelines for jewelry or watch repairs
•Works in compliance with safety procedures set forth by OSHA ad Albert’s Diamond Jewelers
