K.Hollis Jewelers is one of the top retail shopping destinations in the western suburbs and is growing our team. We are a full-service jewelry store with a passion for helping our customers find the perfect jewelry for any occasion. We fill our cases with thousands of beautiful pieces of jewelry; we help couples find the perfect engagement ring; we create special custom jewelry pieces; we help our customers repair and care for their jewelry; and we host a wide variety of events at The Wine Bar @K.Hollis. Bench jewelers at K.Hollis Jewelers are an integral part of delivering a spectacular customer experience. You will provide excellent quality jewelry repairs, guidance for our sales staff, consultation with customers, and a team first attitude.
You’ll be responsible for keeping tools and equipment at your bench in good working order, follow store processes and procedures, ensure availability of inventory and supply items, and strive towards excellence in everything you do.
Skills/Qualifications:
•At a minimum, must be proficient in sizing, polishing, stone setting, watch batteries, and soldering,
•Uses sound judgment to make good decisions based on information gathered and analyzed.
•Interacts with people effectively. Able and willing to share and receive feedback.
•Customer-focused, sets and maintains high performance standards.
