We are a family business that has been established for over 200 years retailing fine / antique jewellery with an onsite workshop and design service undertaking repairs and bespoke commissions.
We are looking for a skilled and passionate junior Goldsmith who loves what they do, and would like to develop their skills within a growing business. The successful candidate would work closely with our experienced goldsmith, whilst liaising with our CAD Designer and Repairs / Workshop Manager.
Ideal Candidate
•3+ years of general goldsmith experience
•Experience and ability to undertake basic ring resizing, chain repairs and polishing
•Previous use of a laser welder would be beneficial
•Have the drive and passion to want to learn and develop their skillset
•Excellent attention to detail and to strive to achieve the best result irrespective of the piece
•Can work to deadlines as part of a team
•Really strong communication and interpersonal skills
As a firm we look to invest in both our people and technology / workshop equipment so we can develop as individuals and as a business.
Interviews would be onsite and involve and bench test.
Salary is dependent on experience.
