Full Job Description
Full time or part time bench jeweler at family jewelry store open since 1948. We are looking to hire one position. We have two full time jewelers currently and are in need of more. Our typical repair services are tipping prongs, ring sizing, chain and bracelet repairs, stone setting, and some fabrication. We have a bench with tools set up and would be willing to purchase tools for additional needs. Ability to work with customers is a plus. Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Repairing Jewelry with Torch or TIG Welder
Polishing Jewelry
Cleaning and Inspecting Customers Jewelry
Replacing Watch Batteries and Small Watch Repairs
Interacting with Customers on the Sales Floor
Calling Customers with Additional Work Needed
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
