We are an Dorset based family jeweller looking for a Full-Time Goldsmith to join our friendly and growing team, working from workshop in Dorset.
The right candidate is an experienced Goldsmith that is driven, motivated and has excellent time management.
Being able to work as part of a team and have a high level of own initiative is vital. Our workshop undertakes all aspects of jewellery repair from ring sizing & chain repairs to full restoration work.
All of which we would expect to be completed to the highest standard, whilst working efficiently to tight deadlines. As well as jewellery repairs, we also carry out bespoke manufacturing for our clients, and the successful candidate will be au fait with traditional manufacturing methods. Prior to carrying out the above-mentioned work, you will be tasked with assessing the requirements of individual repairs and manufactures and, where required, composing estimates.
There are occasions where we’ll call upon your professional opinion to assist Showroom Staff with the technicalities of a repair/manufacture, in order to provide our clients with first-class service.
You must have at least 3 years relevant experience for this role
