We’ve come a long way since 1986, when we were manufacturing lapel pins in a garage! Today, J. Brandt Recognition is a leader in the service award jewelry industry. We manufacture everything from nursing pins to safe driver rings to years of service charms…. and everything in between. We take pride in many things, but namely our superior product and more importantly, our supportive and friendly work environment. The most important asset in the walls or our manufacturing plant is not the silver or gold, but our EMPLOYEES. We are a small company that feels more like a family and are hoping to hire someone who wants to be a part of that family. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Thursday, 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch and two 10 minute breaks. Sometimes, there are opportunities for overtime, especially during our busy seasons.
