Bench Jeweler Internship/FT Position
We are a rapidly growing fashion jewelry and engagement/wedding band company based in Lancaster, PA and are looking to add jewelry designers and bench jewelers to our growing team.
The Company: Koser Jewelers is a family owned and operated jewelry company that has been around since 1952 and is growing into a secondary e-commerce brand – Faubion. The Position: We’re looking for either established bench jewelers or aspiring jewelers who will have the opportunity to participate in a paid apprenticeship to learn the craft and trade. This position will have potential for unlimited growth and the opportunity to grow with the company in designing and creating new fashion jewelry collections/pieces.
•We offer highly competitive hourly rates ($25-$40 per hour) as well as paid holidays and 2-weeks PTO per year for starting employees (growing over time).
•We also offer health insurance, opportunity to participate in a 401k program as well as free training and career advancement
Requirements:
•Desire to learn or develop the craft of bench jewelry
•Ability to operate on a team
•Can commute to our location in Lancaster, PA
The Location: Koser Jewelers & Faubion are located in beautiful Lancaster, PA. This is an incredible place to live and offers something for everyone. Lancaster is an incredible arts and live music city with infinite restaurants, bars, art galleries and more. We are an hour train ride from downtown Philadelphia and Baltimore as well as a 25 minute car ride from Harrisburg.
