The Company: We are a jewelry manufacturing company based in Philadelphia, PA. Simons Brothers Co. has been in business since 1839 and has a rich history of creating the highest quality precious metal products. Early on in our company history we received several awards for our excellent workmanship, including awards from the International Exhibition and from the Columbian Exhibition. Today, we continue to uphold these standards in our jewelry production, aiming to deliver the highest quality handmade jewelry.
The Position: We’re looking for a skilled Bench Jeweler. The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-2 years of bench jeweler experience and will be proficient with the saw and file. This position requires attention to detail, focus, and the ability to meet productivity standards. The successful applicant will be responsible for assembling and soldering precious metal jewelry. Requirements:
· 1-2 years of bench jeweler experience preferred
· At least high school or equivalent level of education
Responsibilities:
· Assembling, soldering, sawing, and filing precious metal jewelry
