Apprenticeship

Duties include the sales of watches and watch repairs,
Undertaking watch repairs,
Merchandising,
various administration tasks and creating an enjoyable shopping experience for all customers through an approachable, helpful and knowledgeable service.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Knowledge of physics or engineering would be ideal but are by no means necessary.
High levels of customer service.
Understanding of and intersest in Watches
Very organised and methodical due to the vast number of small parts.

Willing to learn and go the extra mile
Interested in both the practical elements and customer service
Confidence in a sales role is vital as our store regularly deals with prestigious timepieces and the customers have an expectation of expertise.
Honest and trustworthy
Desired qualifications
GCSE Grades C (New grade 4) or above or equivalent in Maths and English.

Future prospects
Specialist skills in a prestige industry. Management prospects.
