Fast Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs 63 in Henderson, NV is looking for one wrist watch technician to join our 7 person strong team. We are located on 1300 W Sunset Rd #1533. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Must Have minimum 3 years experience and knowledge of:
– Wrist Watches
– Watch Batteries Replacement
– Band Adjustments.
– Crystal replacement.
– Dial markers Resetting.
– Must learn how to order watch parts and follow inventories.
– Good Customer service and excellent communication skills.
– Basic computer knowledge.
Qualifications
Candidate must be Motivated , Honest and Reliable, Initiative, Pleasant and Detail oriented Must have reliable transportation.
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information about watch repairs and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and potential customers. High expectations placed on teamwork and the ability to work professionally with fellow coworkers.
Being able to capture client information and develop a client base and regularly contact clients regarding repairs and follow up.
Provide outstanding customer service.
