Vacancy for Watchmaker (Tucson,AZ)

Counter Customer Service requiring exceptional Customer Service Skills in a High Volume, Family Owned, Big Small Business that can be fast paced. This position requires observation, details, details and details! Prior demonstrable experience could include watch technician, apprentice jeweler, circuit board/micro-electronics, dental lab technician and associated similar close-work skills. Close vision work and hand/eye coordination are absolutely necessary. Special magnifiers can be helpful and available. Emphasis on training for serving customers with watch battery changes, wristband repair/replacement and evaluation for further Watchmaker services. Position may also expand into repairing/replacing Battery Operated Quartz Clock movements and, for those inclined, learning about modern & antique clock repair and maintenance. This is a Great Opportunity for someone to develop and expand further watch & clock skills…or to start them! This position offers expert training in these skill areas. What is required is a willingness to pay attention and learn. Hours are FT/PT with lots of flexibility around whatever else you may have going on in your life. Can be a fast-paced fun and creative environment with a great deal of opportunity toward a future you may not have considered. Depending on associated experience and demonstrated adeptness, we are offering $10-$15/Hr with a great possibility of quick advancement. There is a probationary period of 2-3 Months and lots of support to get you going!
