Seeking experienced Fulltime/Partime Clockmaker/Horologist, however we are willing to train newcomers without experience, who are eager to try a new and exciting career.
We are a 103 year old family owned clock service company that also has (4) retail locations featuring all types of clocks and some watches.
Experienced Clockmakers should be:
•Proficient in Cleaning and Overhauling all types of clocks from antique to new.
•Dependable and on time
•Able to lift 40 lbs.
•Able to work well with others.
Newcomers should:
•Have good work ethic
•Timely
•Be innovative and able to be a self starter.
•Have the ability to lift 40 lbs.
•Work well within a small group
•Have mechanical abilities
Job duties include, but not limited to:
Cleaning and re-building clock movements, removal and installation of clock movements, cleaning of clock cases, packing clocks for delivery, as well as possible delivering assistance for delivering or moving clocks.
Full Time/Part Time schedule:
We are open 6 days a week and will work out a flexible schedule to fit everyone’s needs.
Compensation:
$16.00-$27.00 per hour depending on experience.
