Considering our retail operations, the ideal candidate will be available full-time hours and must be flexible to work within our established business hours. This is an on-site position located within our store establishment in Fresno, California 93720.
Our average salary range for this position is between $70k-$85k annually and is based on work experience and skills ability. We also sponsor a comprehensive benefits package for medical, dental, vision and life insurance as well as a retirement plan and paid time off.

The Opportunity:
As we develop and grow within the Northern Region of Fresno, we are seeking a master bench jeweler to oversee our team of bench jewelers to include but not limited to production workflows, quality control, and strategies that drive overall operational success. In this role, you would work closely with our regional store associates and customers as well as our corporate team.
We are considering the following experience and skills abilities:
- 2+ years Master Jeweler experience and 3+ years as Bench Jeweler
- Master Jeweler certification, a plus
- The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional skill level in stone setting (all types), production, ring sizing, jewelry repair, soldering, prong re-tipping, resetting stones, assembly, and polishing.
- Master Metalsmith w/ability to work with Gold, Silver and Platinum.
- Must be highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Highly Professional and exhibits the highest integrity, building trust in relationships with clients and team members.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, other language skills a plus.
- Other duties as assigned
