Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Jeweler located in Baton Rouge, LA. The Bench Jeweler will be responsible for performing a range of jewelry repairs, including polishing, setting stones, and resizing rings. This role involves working with fashion jewelry and assisting with custom jewelry design. The Bench Jeweler will also interact with customers to provide excellent service and ensure satisfaction with their repairs and purchases.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Jewelry Design and Fashion Jewelry
  • Proficiency in Polishing and other jewelry repair techniques
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to provide Training and guidance to junior staff
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Formal training or certification in jewelry design or repair is a plus
