Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Watchmaker with a passion for high-end timepieces and a strong background in the repair, maintenance, and restoration of luxury watch brands, specifically Rolex, Breitling, TAG Heuer, and Omega. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in modern and vintage mechanical and quartz movements. This position plays a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence in craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic assessments, maintenance, repairs, and servicing of luxury timepieces, including mechanical, automatic, and quartz models.
- Conduct complete disassembles and reassembles of movements using brand-specific techniques and tools.
- Replace and adjust movement components, gaskets, crystals, crowns, and other case parts.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all work performed.
- Ensure quality control by testing timekeeping accuracy, water resistance, and cosmetic integrity.
- Stay current with brand-specific certifications, technical bulletins, and manufacturer updates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workbench and environment.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide expert assessments and repair timelines.
Qualifications:
- Formal training in horology from a recognized institution (e.g., WOSTEP, SAWTA, AWCI) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience servicing Rolex, Breitling, TAG Heuer, Omega, or similar high-end brands.
- Brand certifications are a strong plus (e.g., Rolex CW21, Omega Level 3).
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
