Position: Full-Time Watchmaker

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced watchmaker to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail, and will need to work well with others.

Key Responsibilities:
- Servicing and repairs on a variety of brands and their mechanical and quartz movements.
- Troubleshooting mechanical problems.
- Carry out refurbishment of precious metals and stainless steel cases and bracelets.
- Carry out detailed estimates of watches
- Achieve workload targets within agreed time frames.
- Maintain high standard of work, keeping returns to a minimum.
- Ensure all tools used are appropriately maintained.
- Work with the workshop team to maintain stock control and ensure parts are ordered.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Well rounded organizational skills and the ability to work well on your own and well within a team.
- BHI certification or thorough working knowledge and experience.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
- A self- motivated individual who is able to deliver high standards of quality.
- Have an enthusiastic and positive personality and effectively manage your time and productivity whilst at work.
