Role Description
You will be responsible for the precise servicing, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of timepieces, from accessible Swiss-made brands to rare and high-value horological masterpieces. You will work in a quiet, professional, and well-equipped environment where discretion, attention to detail, and quality workmanship are key.
Your role will focus purely on technical responsibilities — all client relationships, portfolio oversight, and logistics are handled by the founder. This allows you to concentrate entirely on your craft, contributing to the excellence and trust our clients expect.
Qualifications</p>
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in watch servicing and repair
- Skills in Watch Repair and working with Watches
- Quality Control and High Level Of Accuracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Certification from a recognized watchmaking school or equivalent training
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with high-end or luxury watch brands is a plus
