Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Jeweler to join our team in a dynamic Jewelry Store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail. This role involves fabricating, assembling, and finishing jewelry pieces using various hand tools and power tools. The Jeweler will contribute to the production of high-quality jewelry items while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Size diamond rings, gold bands, and watches
- Solder items such as Chains, Rings
- Set diamonds and Gemstones
- Change batteries on watches
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Jeweler or in a similar role within a warehouse jewelry repair store is REQUIRED.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in jewelry production is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.
- A commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail is crucial for success in this position.
