The Role
We are seeking a skilled Watchmaker with at least 4 years’ experience working with Rolex and Cartier, with strong proficiency in Rolex calibres 21, 31, and 32 series. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company and work in a fully equipped workshop fitted with the latest tooling and machinery.

You will be responsible for:
- Servicing and repairing Rolex and Cartier watches, with emphasis on Rolex calibres (21**, 31**, 32**).
- Refinishing and polishing watches across the entire Rolex catalogue(lapping experience a plus, training available).
- Utilising (or learning) laser welding techniques for case repairs.
- Maintaining our high standards of precision, quality, and detail.
- Collaborating within a passionate team, contributing to our ethos of open conversation, craftsmanship, and commitment.

- Salary scope £32k-£45k pa subject to experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years’ experience working with Rolex and Cartier
- Proven ability with Rolex calibres 21, 31, 32 series
- Skilled in refinishing(lapping experience advantageous)
- Experience with laser welding highly desirable
- A no-nonsense, committed work ethic— we reward hard work, but we do not tolerate lack of effort or poor attitude
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- A positive, team-focused mindset with the ability to work independently when required
- A desire to grow with a fast-moving company and play a part in its success
