Job Description
The Experienced Watchmaker plays a key role in supporting the strategic objectives of Audemars Piguet’s after-sales service operations. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional repair quality, optimal performance, and timely delivery while maintaining efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The Experienced Watchmaker will perform complete service and repair on timepieces ranging from quartz calibers (R020) to complex movements such as perpetual calendars and tourbillons (R090).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair & Maintenance
- Perform complete maintenance and repair of Audemars Piguet timepieces, including uncasing, movement intervention, dial and hands fitting, encasing, and final quality control.
- Work on calibers ranging from R020 to R090, including QP Tourbillon and skeletonized movements.
- Ensure all interventions meet the highest technical and quality standards.
- Adhere strictly to all company and customer service (CS) processes and procedures.
Continuous Improvement
- Actively contribute to the SPIRALE Project, supporting initiatives that enhance workshop efficiency, workflow, and overall repair quality.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve tools, techniques, and service processes.
Workshop Standards & Tools
- Ensure the proper use, care, and maintenance of all workshop tools and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of professional watchmaking experience working on high-end mechanical timepieces.
- Watchmaker with WOSTEP, SAWTA, AWCI 21 or similar certification required.
- Proven expertise in servicing complex calibers, including chronographs, perpetual calendars, and tourbillons.
- Strong attention to detail, precision, and commitment to maintaining brand excellence.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
