Responsibilities

  • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble, polish, and repair jewelry components with accuracy and finesse.
  • Follow detailed specifications and blueprints to ensure each piece meets quality standards.
  • Conduct inspections of jewelry pieces throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or inconsistencies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility, particularly within jewelry or related industries.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for craftsmanship and quality control.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working efficiently in a team environment.
  • Basic understanding of assembly processes within a manufacturing setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
