Responsibilities
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to assemble, polish, and repair jewelry components with accuracy and finesse.
- Follow detailed specifications and blueprints to ensure each piece meets quality standards.
- Conduct inspections of jewelry pieces throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements for efficiency and quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility, particularly within jewelry or related industries.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly line equipment effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for craftsmanship and quality control.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while working efficiently in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of assembly processes within a manufacturing setting.
