Position Summary:
The Watchmaker will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining luxury watches to the highest industry standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with high-end watch brands and a strong understanding of horology principles.
Key Responsibilities Qualifications:
Proven experience as a watchmaker or watch repair technician, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Training or certification from a recognized horology school (e.g., WOSTEP, SAWTA, or CW21) preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity with precision tools.
Knowledge of high-end watch movements and brand standards (e.g., Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to manage multiple repair orders and meet deadlines. Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
