Experienced Jeweler (Contract or In-House)
About the Role
We’re looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Jeweler to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly experienced in jewelry repair and fabrication, with strong technical ability and precision craftsmanship.
This position offers flexible work options — you can work remotely (from your own studio) and pick up + drop off repair jobs, or work in-person at our location.

Responsibilities
- Solder and repair gold chains of all styles and thicknesses
- Perform ring sizing, stone setting, and re-tipping
- Fix broken jewelry, replace clasps, and polish finished pieces
- Create, repair, and refinish gold nameplates and personalized jewelry
- Maintain accuracy and craftsmanship on all jobs to brand standards
- Communicate with the team regarding timelines and project details
- Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of repair work (if remote)
Requirements
- Experienced jeweler with proven bench skills
- Proficiency in soldering, ring sizing, chain repair, and custom gold work
- Must have your own professional jewelry equipment and tools
- Must have reliable transportation (for pick-up/drop-off if working from home)
- Attention to detail, precision, and pride in your craft
- Strong understanding of different metals (10K, 14K, 18K gold preferred)
Work Options
- Remote / From Home: Pick up jewelry, complete repairs in your own workspace, and return finished pieces
- In-Person: Option to work directly on-site if preferred
Compensation
Competitive pay based on skill level and experience. Discussed individually after review of portfolio or sample work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
