Position Purpose:
Watchmakers are responsible for providing high quality work on high-end, luxury timepieces. A Watchmaker is expected to service both quartz and mechanical movements to manufacturer specifications. Our Watchmakers have access to manufacturer approved tools and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Complete servicing of all various models which include mechanical and quartz movements, In-house movements, ETA based movements and Modular Chronograph movements
- Test timepiece for accuracy and performance, using specific tools and equipment
- Test and regulate the timing of mechanical timepieces
- Clean, rinse, and dry timepiece parts, using solutions and ultrasonic or mechanical watch-cleaning machines
- Set the dial and the hands onto a watch while adhering to tight manufacturing tolerances
- Disassembly/assembly of case and bracelet
- Record quantities and types of timepieces repaired, serial and model numbers of items, and work performed
- Assist other Watchmakers to resolve challenging repairs
- Ensure quality control standards are met
Education & Skills Required:
- Technical school training (minimum 2 years) and/or professional experience in luxury watches (minimum 3-5 years)
- Experience in the diagnosis and repair of both mechanical and quartz merchandise
- Experience in watchmaking/client service in a luxury environment
- Ability to repair and refinish cases
- Ability to perform water resistance methods and testing techniques
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands simultaneously
- Results oriented and self-motivated individual who is able to achieve goals defined by management
