Are you a jeweller and passionate about your craft? Come work in the heart of the Cartier workshops and take part in the creation of our jewelry pieces.
By joining the Cartier Workshops:
- You will benefit from a unique expertise in the world, thanks to a strong culture of transmission specific to our House: at the heart of our workshops, you will have the opportunity to exchange with other artisans with varied backgrounds and expertise, combining traditional techniques with innovation.
- You will be able to share, deepen your knowledge, build your career path within our House according to your expertise and desires, through our different workshops (prototyping, repetitive pieces, unique pieces, customer service).
- Internally, you will also be able to benefit from training provided by the Cartier Training Institute, which will support you in your development, through learning or deepening techniques specific to your profession.
Your tasks
- You produce the pieces in the workshop, respecting the expectations of the House in terms of manufacturing deadlines and quality.
- You are expected to contribute ideas on the design of technical products (examples: clasps, mesh, etc.).
- You participate in internal continuous improvement projects and ensure the implementation of safety and security rules.
Desired profile
- You must have at least a vocational certificate (CAP), or even a vocational diploma (BMA), in the field of jewelry. Whether you have initial professional experience or are highly experienced, we are interested in your profile (OJ1 – OJ2 – OJ3 – OJ4).
- You have some knowledge of how to read a map.
- You demonstrate good listening skills, rigor, reliability, and responsiveness.
- You enjoy working in a team and sharing with your colleagues.
