Position Overview:

Your duties will include everything from performing watch repairs and battery replacements to providing engraving and permanent jewelry services for our elite clientele. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for horology and high-end craftsmanship, eager to build a long-term career in the luxury watch industry.

Key Responsibilities: ● Off-Site Watchmaking Training: Participate in multiple week long courses annually at leading watchmaking schools, learning key skills such as movement assembly, calibration, repair, and restoration. ● Luxury Watch Servicing & Repairs: Conduct maintenance, cleaning, oiling, and intricate adjustments on luxury mechanical and quartz watches, ensuring the highest standards of service. ● Watch Battery Replacement: Perform battery replacements for quartz watches with precision, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. ● Disassembly & Reassembly: Safely and accurately disassemble and reassemble complex mechanical and quartz movements, taking care with delicate components. ● Watch Inspection: Inspect luxury timepieces for wear, damage, or mechanical issues, providing clients with thorough diagnostics and repair recommendations. ● Engraving Services: Assist with custom engraving on watches, jewelry, and other fine items, including personalized messages and decorative designs. ● Permanent Jewelry Application: Learn and apply arc welding techniques to provide permanent jewelry services such as custom bracelets, chains, and other items for our clientele. ● Sizing Watches: Accurately size bracelets and watch bands for clients, including adjustments to metal, leather, or rubber bands to ensure a perfect fit.

● Client Interaction: Provide personalized service to high-end clientele, including consultations for custom engravings, permanent jewelry, and watch sizing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. ● Record Keeping & Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all repairs, engravings, battery replacements, and jewelry services performed, ensuring accuracy and organization. ● Ongoing Education: Continue to develop and refine your horological and craftsmanship skills through formal education, self-study, and hands-on experience. ● Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Work closely with other team members, contributing to a high-quality, collaborative work environment, and ensuring all repairs and services meet the luxury standards of the brand. Skills & Qualifications: ● Passion for Luxury Craftsmanship: A strong interest in luxury watches, fine jewelry, and high-end craftsmanship. ● Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision and care in working with intricate timepieces and luxury materials. ● Manual Dexterity: Comfort and skill with small, detailed tools and equipment, with the ability to work on delicate components. ● Mechanical & Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical systems, tools, and electronics is beneficial, but not mandatory. ● Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues in watches and jewelry efficiently. ● Customer-Focused: Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional approach to working with high-end clients in a luxury retail environment. ● Willingness to Learn & Grow: A dedicated commitment to developing your skills in horology, engraving, and jewelry services over the course of the program. ● Adaptability: Flexibility to work with a variety of tools and techniques, from watch repairs to jewelry welding and engraving. ● Strong Work Ethic: Dependability, punctuality, and a high level of professionalism in all aspects of your work. Desired Qualifications: ● Previous experience in watchmaking ● High school diploma or equivalent. ● Any personal projects or experience related to watch repair, jewelry making, or engraving will be considered an asset. Training & Development:● Out-of-State Training: You will attend one-week courses annually at accredited institutions where you’ll gain knowledge and hands-on experience in advanced watch repair and servicing techniques. ● Specialized Skills: Training will include skills such as engraving, battery replacement, permanent jewelry welding, and sizing luxury watches. ● Travel & Expenses: All travel, accommodation, and course fees will be covered by the company for out-of-state training sessions. ● Career Advancement: After completing the program and obtaining certification, opportunities for career growth within the luxury watch industry will be available. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
